Newsletter - June 2021

This will better reflect the range of indoor, outdoor and virtual programs; the inclusive nature of the organization; the partnerships of providers, volunteers and participants; and recognition of the SportsAbility Expo program. ALL ages and ALL abilities!

Founder's Message

People want to play. People need to play. All people, all ages, different interest. People want to be active, go places, and do things. I do too! We’ve been cooped up and held down for almost a year and a half now. Things are finally looking better and we are ready to get back to what we like to do. We enhance lives by helping people to enjoy a more active lifestyle. Nature and the Great Outdoors are calling for us.   It can be the just the medicine that you need for healing and strengthening your mind, body and spirit.

Remote Work as the Pathway to Inclusivity

Following the coronavirus crisis, the workplace has changed for just about everyone. Logging onto Zoom meetings has become the regular substitute for arriving at the office and being greeted by coworkers in person. While most people are experiencing the transition to remote work, one company, in particular, has been very familiar with virtual office space for years. The company has built a model to encourage inclusivity for years, dating back to before the pandemic. It has no intention of going back into the office anytime soon.
