What is a SportsAbility Expo?

SportsAbility Expos are free, two-day events that brings together:

  • People with disabilities
  • Adaptive sports and recreation providers
  • Resource and service organizations
  • Community partners and supporters

Participants can enjoy hands-on experiences like:

  • Sit water-skiing
  • Rock wall climbing
  • Horseback Riding
  • Boat Rides
  • And many more adaptive activities

Attendees also have the opportunity to explore the latest adaptive equipment, trends and programs that support year-round recreation and wellness.

What are SportsAbility Sampler Events?

SportsAbility Sampler Events, held throughout Florida, bring the same mission into local communities through smaller-scale, interactive experiences. These can be standalone events or in partnership with another event. 

These events can offer:

  • Hands-on adaptive recreation opportunities
  • Connections with local community partners
  • Information on accessible activities available all year

There is no charge for participants at SportsAbility Expo or any Sampler Event. These experiences are made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, who help ensure recreation and active leisure opportunities are accessible to everyone.
